TIBO-KITCHEN Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To qualify:

• Items must be in new condition: unused, clean, undamaged, and free from stains or signs of wear.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging.

• A $15 return and processing fee applies per order.

• All returns must be requested by emailing support@tibo-kitchen.com. Our team will provide the information you need to send the product back.

• Once approved, you'll receive return instructions — please ship within 7 days.

 

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

• Unopened items: Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

• Refund timing: Refunds are issued within 15 business days after your return is received and inspected.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by TIBO-KITCHEN.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

• Final sale items

• Cutting boards (due to hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns)

• Gift cards

• Products damaged due to misuse or wear

• Items returned without original packaging
