We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund under our Money Back Guarantee.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@tibo-kitchen.com. Once we receive your request, a member of our team will provide detailed return instructions. After shipping your return, please share the tracking number with us for reference.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Only products purchased directly from TIBO-KITCHEN.COM are eligible for return through us.
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers (including Amazon and other marketplaces) must be returned according to the retailer’s own return policy.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Shipping cost and shipping protection are not refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Once issued, refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.

Important Return Conditions

  • Opened products may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Products showing signs of use or missing original inner packaging may not qualify as new-condition returns.

Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
