Every Tibo-Kitchen product is built to last, and we back that up with our official warranty. Here is everything you need to know about your coverage:

When It Starts: Your warranty automatically kicks in the moment your product is delivered—whether you bought it directly from
Tibo-Kitchen.com or through an authorized reseller.

What’s Covered: We cover any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, provided the product was used under normal household conditions and according to the operating instructions.

The Coverage Period: Your standard warranty lasts for 1 full year from your delivery date.

Replacements: If we replace your product, the original warranty period stays the same. The replacement does not extend or restart your 1-year coverage.

How to Make a Claim: Need a replacement? It’s hassle-free. Just show us your proof of purchase (dated within the last 12 months), and we’ll get a replacement sent out to you!
