    Pork here, peppers there

    Pork chops on one side, bell peppers on the other. Well, front and back technically! I love not having to pull out two separate boards just to make a stir-fry.

    Best cutting board

    I love my new titanium cutting board. I also bought the smaller one. I have used it to cut meat and also the other side for vegetables. Neither side has knife marks and it washes up so easily. I have never put any of my cutting boards in my dishwasher. I find hand washing them is just as effective. I have not used the grater yet. I usually use the garlic in a jar.

    I use the small one for cutting up an onion or peppers and it is just the right size for quick cuts. It also cleans up good.

    I didn’t get the pad to keep it from sliding around. I have had no problems with it moving around on the counter.

    I have to say it is one of the best purchases I’ve made. It is worth every amount spent.

    I have owned a couple of wooden boards and plastic and glass boards also. This one has all of them beat.
